At KRABIQ, every product is made to order. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

• Wrong product received
• Wrong size received
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect or printing defect

To request an exchange, please email us at [support@krabiq.in] with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

 

Returns

As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Minor color variations due to screen settings

Returns will only be accepted in cases where an exchange is not possible and the issue is verified by our team.

 

Refunds

Refunds are provided only if:

• A damaged or defective product cannot be replaced
• An incorrect product was delivered and replacement is unavailable
• The order cannot be fulfilled by us

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they enter production.

Since all products are made-to-order, cancellations are not possible once production has begun.
